Staff were in good contact, facilities were very modern and in full working order, very comfortable and warm, good wifi connection. Easy to connect to the airport, 5 mins in Uber, or 15 mins walking if using the connecting overpasses (not the recommended walking route on Google Maps). 10 mins by Uber to Plaza Encuentro Oceania. Small stores close by to buy snacks.

Everything was just like on the pictures. The host was very welcoming and sooo nice. I experienced outstanding hospitality. The neighbour is very safe. I even walked from the airport to the accommodation as I only had one backpack with me. The host sent pictures of the building in advance so that it was easy to find. I slept well.

We felt at home in this lovely, clean accommodation. The host, Adrian, welcomed us into the home at 6:30am, which was much appreciated. The bedding was nice and the bed was comfortable. A high quality towel was provided, as well as shampoo and soap. Water was provided on arrival which was really helpful. The location is convenient, within walking distance or a very cheap taxi from the airport. We arrived into Mexico very early in the morning and this place was ideal, and good value for money. The next morning we discussed Mexican food with Adrian and he provided some good tips for us to make the most of our trip in Mexico. His English is excellent! Thank you :)
