Incredible service from each and every member of the staff. We received a welcome gift and gifts upon departure. Complimentary water and sodas, coffees and candy. Our room was lovely and comfy! Loved everything, but the service and hospitality level at Nana Vida is what really stands out!!

Very easy check in. Great location and shower and a fabulous breakfast, they keep in contact with you via watsapp and you can put your food order in the message and they delivery it to you, same goes for a taxi, you can just text the person in charge and they will order one straight away for you. All makes for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. If I would stay again i would book the larger room … it looked amazing

The staff were so friendly and welcoming during our stay at Ayook. We had an early flight upon arriving in Oaxaca, and the manager on duty was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early. The hotel is beautifully designed. The rooms are clean and set up well for you to feel comfortable. I would recommend you stay at Ayook.

The pretty has been freshly renovated- and it feels like it!! Everything just feels so well thought out, relaxing, modern, clean and fresh! The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are spacious. It’s a great hotel for families.

Lovely hotel in the historic center! We loved that the entrance was on a pedestrian only street…the gorgeous “Canterra” stones in the open interior courtyard, the tall ceilings and doors in our room, the toiletries, and the truly hospitable staff! Every single person that worked there was so kind and excellent at their jobs! I feel compelled to give additional praise to a particular staff member, named Geraldo. He works as the night front desk person, as well as a breakfast waiter. His bright smile, kindness, excellent hospitality, and perfect service, was the cherry on top of our stay. If anyone in upper management is reading this, know that you have a top notch employee, you are very lucky! He is bilingual, which I’m sure is an excellent asset to have as well! I live on an island that has a tourism economy and have worked in hospitality since the age of 12 and have been an innkeeper at my own BnB for the last 20 years, I know good hospitality and a hard worker when I see it and he is truly professional and hospitable! Thanks again and we will definitely stay again in our next trip to Oaxaca!
