The hotel, located in the heart of the jungle, provided a unique experience of absolute harmony with nature. The excellent location and high level of service make this hotel an excellent choice for a comfortable stay. The hotel room delighted us with its stylish design and cozy atmosphere. The bed provided a great sleep, very clean and comfortable. The friendly staff was not only attentive to needs, but also provided support in organizing adventure activities, offering excursions and various activities, and recommended very good restaurants (we were there and there were really very cool and tasty restaurants). I was delighted with every detail, making my stay unforgettable. Rafi, Gabriel and Bunny - you are a super team! Thanks a lot! 12/10

Casa Kobaab is truly a hidden gem right in the middle of busy Tulum. Despite the central location, it feels like a peaceful little oasis. You can easily rent bikes or even a quad to explore the area, which is super convenient and fun! The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and spotless. Every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. The breakfast is absolutely delicious — a perfect way to start your day. What made our stay extra special were the owners, Ramón and Roxanne. They are the kindest, warmest people we’ve ever met, and they made us feel completely at home. We can’t recommend Casa Kobaab enough — it’s a place you’ll want to return to, just like we will!

Comfortable, spacious, clean well stocked with coffee pot, toaster, blender, sugar. Easy and quick response from management. We asked to have a taxi pick us up early morning to be able to catch bus and host provided that for us.

I. Come to Tulum every year and its a 2nd time I stayed here. Very clean, great swimming pool, yoga and massage on site ! Shops are within 1 min walk and lots of good restaurants including hotel restaurant as well. I highly recommend!
