I absolutely loved my stay at Una Vida, the ladies at the concierge were super helpful. From arranging airport transfers through to smooth check in & ensuring my stay was as comfortable as possible. I loved the property and the staff. Wifi was very good and no problems connecting up to do some work. The room and bath room were great as was the swimming pool. It was a quiet area but within 5 mind walk to the main street.
Charles was a wonderful host and the lad at the front desk was very helpful in arranging a couple of tours for me.

The hotel is at a great location in Tulum center. There are many restaurants and bars very close by and if you don't have a car you can take the collectivos to go to the beach, to visit cenotes or other towns north or south of Tulum.
The staff was amazing. They were very helpful in arranging our transport, giving us tips for activities and visits, they checked on us daily through WhatsApp and in person to see if we needed anything. We had breakfast included, it was simple but delicious and more than enough. The roof-top pool and the bar were also very nice.
A minor inconvenience was that we had the room on the ground floor, next to the reception and the small pool. While we had a nice view of the pool and the small waterfall, we had to keep our curtains shut the whole time as there were people passing by. Also there was no exterior area for us to dry our swimwear.
