Beautiful and natural environment, such a beautiful garden! It was calm, the next door food market place did not bother us, music stopped at 22.30. Host was really friendly and helpful, gave us lots of handy tips on what to do. Perfect stay!

We loved the location, a few blocks from main town of Tulum, the beach is probably a 15-20 drive away (not walkable). The garden and pool area is an amazing oasis! Loved the planting, decoration hammocks and pool! Nice and spacious! The apartment room was petite clean and had some awesome touches like a desk with a laptop raider, a place to hang clothes and Netflix!

The staff kindly accommodated our very late arrival and made us feel so welcome in spite of the hour. The space is open and inviting, tastefully modern and minimalist, and using natural fibers, stone and woods in the design. All the accessories from cooking facilites to mini-bar are artfully on display. Breakfast is served just beyond the tranquil pool, and is fresh and wholesome.
Guadeloupe at reception enthusiastically encouraged us to explore the two sister properties and called ahead so that we could enjoy the 100 meter pool at the elegant Hotel Milam. All in all, our experiences in the properties, which are surrounded by beautiful natural features and gardens, far exceeded our expectations.

The owner is french - like us, it was really nice talking with him. He gave us a map our the recommended restaurants and cenotes nearby. They had some cats, lovely dogs, and even an opossum ? The swimming pool was really nice, we took a lot of bathes in it and were always alone. And the breakfast was also really good.

The hotel looked exactly like the photos and didn’t disappoint. The room was stunning and we loved the pool and all the facilities. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and were polite, pleasant and very helpful/charming. I really liked that reception would message on WhatsApp and could action any requests you had without having to leave the room. Fer and Jay were both really helpful and assisted us with our requests plus booking taxis etc

A great magical paradise place in Tulum that makes you feel at home.
There was great enviroment and artsy vibes with beautiful spaces. Very comfy and clean bedrooms, amazing breakfast and coffee.
Also very well located just around the corner of everything :bars, restaurants and supermarkets! Other interesting activities happening like Temazcal and some live jazz music on my stay during sunday afternoon!

Everything! The staff was really friendly and accomodating. They go the extra mile for their guests. The pool and the food were great and the room was always very clean. They even decorated the room with some balloons on my birthday (on request from my boyfriend).
