-welcoming and check in was perfect they were very kind and also we had our welcome drink. İt was very nice.
-The room was the best room i have ever been. When you open the balcony door its just ocean and palms!! Marvelous..
- Breakfast: we tried Fresco's and they had a really nice atmosphere and perfect menu. Please try Fresco's bowl..
- Everything and everywhere was super clean.
- They have a private parking area which is very important at tulum
- You can walk through all popular restaurants. And also there is pharmacy, markets around..
- The pool was very nice and cool.
İf you wanna stay in Tulum you should stay in the cabanas

Very cosy and charming hotel with a very friendly staff. The restaurant/bar was amazing!
The location in the natural park was an advantage, very peaceful.

The staff and management were so welcoming, very accommodating and helpful during our entire 9 night stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy the whole trip.
The beach is beautiful and raked every day, sun loungers and bean bag chairs were awesome.
The rooms are very soundproofed, and the beds extremely comfortable. Super clean and immaculate room.
The food at the beach bar/restaurant was very good.
