From the very moment we arrived the staff were very helpful and friendly, even though at time our lack of Spanish caused confusion. They even let us check in early. The room was perfect, the views from outside our balcony of the port was immaculate, the size of the room was amazing we had more than enough space. The location of the hotel on the port and next to the town square was excellent, we always felt safe when looking around the local area. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and staff again was very friendly. Pool area was never busy and very chilled. Cannot fault our stay, it exceeded our expectations and would happily stay there again.

The location was great - near the malecon and easy walking distance to the zocalo. It was also very secure since it was opposite the navy property which was always guarded.
The buffet breakfast was also very good - wide variety of food and the fact that it's available from 6am to 12pm on weekdays and 6am to 1pm on the weekends is an added bonus. One doesn't have to get up early for the breakfast and one can skip lunch.
The staff were always pleasant and very helpful.

Nice Hotel but if you have a room at the front you are on a busy main road. Good size and equipped room to a good standard with nice employees. Had my clothes cleaned and ironed for $75mx a bargain!
