the unit same like in the picture. the owner/staff very helpful and friendly as i request for last minute booking. and the accomodations so completely the best as owner providing water filter and complete kitchenette (refrigerator,kitchen stove and microwave.).

Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

The location was perfect. Close to Sunway Pyramid, surrounding the residence are lots of eatery shops and facilities such as clinic, 7-Eleven etc. Lots of places to choose to eat. I brought my family to eat at "Restaurant Jaring" at Jalan PJS 8/2, which is a walking distance from the residence. The security guard there were helpful and attentive. Drawing and returning of the key for the unit is also easy and fast.
Overall, this is a great unit to be in. We are happy with the apartment, everything in the house was in order. There is fan, aircon, wifi, TV, water dispenser, fridge, washing machine, water heater for shower etc. Everything you need like our own home is there. Thank you for the hospitality.

We stayed as a family with children. The size of the apartment was good, it was clean, and the location was close to local eateries and mini marts. It was also within walking distance to Sunway Pyramid. With a family in hot humid Malaysia, you can imagine the laundry from sweaty clothes, having the washing machine with laundry liquid provided was very helpful, along with drying rack. The aircons worked well and water pressure was good, toilets flushed and no smell from them.
The check-in process was informative and easy to follow, although I must warn future travellers arriving via taxi/Grab, that the guard house to acquire the access sheet is on the opposite side to the building, as drivers will only drop you at the entrance to tower B, which is understandable as that is the address.
If there were any issues, Mandy was very responsive in communication.
Located in the heart of Sunway Lagoon theme park and Sunway Pyramid shopping and entertainment mall, Sunway Pyramid Hotel provides 4-star accommodation. Union Pay is accepted here.
