Beautiful property, fantastic location close to the museums and public transport. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were so lovely and helpful. We were grateful for the lift as well for our suitcases! The little lounge area downstairs was a great place to catch up with our fellow travellers.

This place was really great, and the staff was incredible. We arrived an hour or so before check in time but the man at the front desk, I wish I got his name, was super friendly and let us drop our luggage off in a locked room so we could explore the city unencumbered. He also offered to let us use the washrooms before we left and forewarned us about the lack of public rest stops, When we came back later at check in time he retrieved our bags for us and was very friendly and patient. I wish I got his name cuz he was such a great guy. We checked in at 2pm on Feb/26/2023. So big thanks to him from Canada! :D
Also we were able to order a cab to the airport through the hotel and the driver was waiting for us in the lobby, which was nice since the hotel is tucked into a walking path area and accessible on two sides.

Location and staff. Not too far from the airport by bus 397 and a great connection to the city centre by public transport. The reception and bar staff were excellent, friendly, and professional. We were eating out but the atmosphere created by all staff members was very welcoming.
