The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely go back.

Staff were super efficient and friendly. Always a friendly greeting... Breakfast was superb and is not to be missed. The Junior Suite was of good proportions and the nearest tram stop is only 300 metres from the Hotel. Amsterdam Centraal is 6 stops or so from the hotel.

I don’t mind downloading apps to get in the room. I think that is a very convenient and efficient way to get inside the property. The area is good walking distance to centraal. Amazing view. good amenities and made good use of their space. Super cozy and great stay with a partner.

My room was small with a shared bathroom, but the bed was comfortable. I noticed they also have rooms with private bathrooms, but this one was perfect for a budget stay, especially for a night or two. Next time I’ll definitely try the old tram room in the middle of the hotel! The staff was also friendly and check-in went smooth.

The staff was amazing, attending to my every need. The room was spacious, quiet and clean with a super comfortable bed. Location in the heart of Amsterdam cannot be better.

Located within 20 min walking distance from central railway station, Red Lights district, Artis zoo + Micropia, yet a quiet place. Very friendly, kind, helpful staff, even offering to fry/scramble eggs for breakfast. Breakfast! We enjoyed such buffet even having experience with big hotels. Cheese, meat, vegetables, fruits, bread, croissant, coffee, tea, juice, milk, yoghurt, granola, oat, flakes, cookies, jam, butter, boiled eggs. Tasty and more than enough to fuel up for the first half of the day. Hot drinks and some sweets are available at any time. There is also a small fridge with water, beer, wine, you are expected to just leave the money in the jar when you take something. Apart from the room key you get the boat key so you can get in at any time. Standard promo flyers for many local venues that give you discounts or gifts. No discomfort from being a boat, never noticed not being on the hard ground. Room: The beds are comfortable. We had 2 power sockets and also 3 USB sockets. Temperature is adjustable: A/C, heating, small windows. Hot water with no issues. Curtain for the shower. There was an own hairdryer in the room. We had 2 towels each. Enough storage: you have a big crate under each bed, a big shelf, a shelf under the sockets, a wardrobe with hangers and a shelf, hooks for coats, and some more space on the floor. Cozy wooden design and some pictures on the walls. A glass for each of the guests, the tap water is said to be drinkable, we were fine with it.

The place was on a quiet road nearby alot of shops. The staff were very friendly and helpful! The place was very clean and the breakfast was very good! Public tansportation was nearby to go to and from Schipol airport which made life easier. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Amsterdam

Plenty of room for travellers suitcases, comfy beds and pillows, the washroom was definitely big enough for 2 people to be in at one time, great shower pressure, and free extras, waters, coffee/tea and a chocolate bar.

Like staying in a shared office environment. 24hr friendly staff. Rainshowers were great as was the "pod". Had an app to control lighting and alarm (lights coming on). Surprisingly quiet in the pod even though couple were staying directly above. All pods were one up one down. Good WiFi. With a local market right outside and easy access to Amsterdam.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, and particularly patient. The location is fantastic: close proximity to a beautiful part and the train station. The meals had an excellent variety for diverse cultures and people.
