Beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Soaps were divine. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't meet any staff, but response time for messages was good and they kindly accommodated an early check-in.

The location was perfect for us, right near Albert Cuyp Market and a Lidl store. Having a little fridge in our room was great for any market/grocery buys. It was a nice walk or super quick (and affordable) tram from the central station to accom, approx 1.40€. Bed was comfy, nice windows, bathroom facilities were also really good.
