Stayed as a group with 6 kids under the age of 12, since this was not a big star hotel was a bit concerned but they handled us in the best possible way. Special thanks to the staff who were all extremely friendly.
Location is awesome, can view from the rooms have the perfect feel of Amsterdam and within walkable distance to almost all attractions.
Clean neat rooms and housekeeping was great.
Family room for 4 was really nice and the bath was pretty spacious…. The largest by far in have seen in Amsterdam. The quality of toiletries was top notch …. I am very particular and carry my own everywhere but very few places I feel the ones provided by the hotel are better n this was one such place.

Everything was amazing from the moment we arrived. Martin was incredible attentive and very kind, the other staff as well but we interacted with Martin the most. We inquired about a vegan breakfast option and they were very happy to provide it for us. Not only that, it exceeded our expectations with what we got, plus the portions were incredibly generous. The vibe of the main dining room and the actual room we stayed in was very comfy and nice. The bathroom was a good size and the water pressure was just right, as was the actual shower system - super easy to use. The built in shampoo and hand soap smelled really nice as well.
The location of the hotel is good too, we walked everywhere from it without a problem, the neighbourhood is also calm and quiet in the night plus much cleaner than most of the parts of the city we visited.
Overall a 10/10, will definitely return when we visit Amsterdam again.
