The location couldn't be better. They have an elevator, which is helpful. Free coffee/espresso/cappuccino in the lobby. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The canal view was incredible, I loved being able to watch the activity from my room.

It was my first time at this hotel and I recommend it to everyone. It was super beautiful, luxurious, and clean. The location is ideal because it's literally just a few minutes from Central Station. You're in the heart of Amsterdam and can see all of Amsterdam without needing a taxi.
