We absolutely loved our room! It was brand new, spacious, and beautifully furnished. Everything was spotless and sparkling clean. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always attentive to our needs. The little treats at check-in and check-out were a lovely touch. Our 5-year-old son felt completely at ease. The hotel’s central location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, and there are plenty of shops nearby for any needs. We were thoroughly impressed and, without a doubt, will choose to stay at the same hotel again on our next visit.

Very nice design and comfortable hotel in every way. An extra plus was the lovely court where we had a drink upon arrival. Exceptionally friendly and service minded staff in both reception and restaurant. Also appreciated the possibility of ordering exactly what i wanted for breakfast which was a nice break from the customary hotel breakfast buffés you find elsewhere. Last but not least we had dinner in the restaurant one evening and the food was just superb. Will definitely stay here on future travels to Maastricht.

Centrally located, 15 minute walk from the railway station. Nice Hotel, with very friendly Staff and a great Cocktail selection. Room was nice and showers nice and warm. Slept well and had a good breakfast.

I stayed here for one night because I attended a nearby concert. The location was really good for that, and the centre is also close by. I was scared reading the reviews, but all was perfect. The room was super clean, there were coffee, towels and soap, all as expected. The receptionists were friendly. I don't know if I was lucky or the rest were unlucky, but my short stay was perfect.
