It was hard to find anything bad about this hotel! The comfortable bed, the delicious breakfast (the best omelet ever), and Marco's friendliness! It was especially quiet at night, which allowed for a good night's sleep. On my last day, I had a long commute before check-out, so I didn't think I'd be able to have lunch. I asked if I could take my leftover breakfast with me, and Marco even provided a plastic bag so I could safely take it with me. I would definitely come back for the breakfast, if only for that! Next time I go, I hope my Dutch has improved so I can have a conversation in Dutch with Marco!

Nice and quite place next to small lake. 15 min walk to ciry center. Communicatiin with host was perfect- on time and supportive. Reccomend!

Very friendly stuff. Very communicative, flexible and helpful. We stayed for 3 days at the whirlpool room. I asked due to celebration reasons, if I could get the room romantically decorated. It got nicely done and free of charge. Impeccably clean hotel and rooms (great housekeeping team). Well located, close to all the tram lines and the Q-Park parking house (5min walk). The balcony and the room size were big for a hotel room & for dutch standards. We loved it. And the open view. Minibar, air condition, heating system, fan, were a huge plus. Felt really like I am at my house. Also a plus was the quantity and variety of coffee sticks and tea bags.

Hotel Baan is probably the only hotel in Rotterdam which is run by the family itself. We make every effort to give our guests a pleasant stay in Hotel Baan. Our hotel is a mid-range hotel.

Although very modest, the rooms are incredibly cozy and functional. You have a private toilet and bathroom with the hairdryer inside, clean towels, coffee and tea for breakfast and cold drinks in the hall. The huge window in our room with the view on the canal was the feature I loved the most.
