Very very Close to buses, trams, airport buses, ethnic restaurants, bars, grocery stores. It was very easy to take the tram to all the vintage shops before flying home.

The room was cosy, clean and warm with lovely fresh decor. The staff were very helpful, they gave us advice on the local travel and places to visit. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. I was impressed with the lactose free options, this is something I usually have to ask for so it was refreshing to see this catered for. Also decent gluten free options too. Tram stop right outside was brilliant.
