Staff is the most kind, helpful and nice people from the first moment you arrive. Food is great, they always have a smile, they create a home atmosphere, Sunny, the owner always had a nice campfire when i returned every day, and it was a great feeling to feel the hot from the fire meanwhile we were sharing nice conversations with other guests. I always walk to Thamel is only 20mn and easy to take a cab or bus in case you need it. Very peaceful and save area. Totally recommend. I travel alone and i felt like home. For sure my perfect place when i am in Kathmandu, very good prices for the quality of the rooms.

We had a wonderful stay at Family Apartment, Kathmandu! The property is centrally located, making it super convenient to get around the city. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help, which made our stay even more comfortable. The apartment is new, neat, and beautifully maintained — spacious enough for a family or small group. We loved the thoughtful amenities like hot water, a coffee/tea maker, microwave, and a flat-screen TV, which made it feel just like home. Parking was easily available, which is a big plus in Kathmandu. Considering the quality, comfort, and location, this apartment is truly great value for money.
