The property is a few minutes walk from Durbar square. Although the hotel was doing building work they let us stay. We were not troubled by the work and the hotel owner was extremely friendly.
The hotel is in a narrow street with not much traffic, just the occasional motorbike (unlike other streets nearby which are full of bikes), and therefore relatively quiet given its situation in the middle of the city.
We would not hesitate to stay again.

It's an amazing homestay, the owner showed me the must visit temples due to my short stay.We also had family dinner with other guests, sharing what was the day of us. The breakfast was delicious and healthy . The room was organized and clean, though it's an old traditional house but you still had a spiritual vibe, can't wait for coming back soon.

It was a unique experience - look at the life of a Nepalese family from the inside. the room is very cozy and there is a balcony that overlooks the temple. very convenient location: nearby attractions and souvenir shops, cafes. The family greeted me very friendly. I felt comfortable at home, I felt cared for.
