Owners Lauren & Peter were very welcoming - very helpful with directions to tourist sites & shopping. The accomodation was spotless - it was recently renovated - new carpet, stove, sink, fridge with freezer, microwave - beautiful new bathroom. Roomy - comfortable bed- electric blankets. Well located - quick to city centre- quiet & peaceful - a few minutes walk to shops including bakery, terrific Indian restaurant, cafe, convenience store, takeaways & pharmacy. Spacious parking in front of each unit.

I love the concept of tiny homes so this was great to be able to stay in 1! Everything was spotless and the added condiments, plenty of towels & warmth of the accomodation was great!
Very easy to find with heaps of on street parking, it was effortless to find the property, get the keys & settle in. We really enjoyed it

The historic building is newly and beautifully renovated and has lots of charm. The location is centrally located close to the universities and plenty of restaurants. Breakfast buffet was very good.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Dunedin, with easy access by car to sightsee the Otago Peninsula. It is a very nicely appointed apartment with lots of details like the martini recipe along with the ingredients. They also provide eggs, bread, and fruit for you to make your own breakfast in the full kitchen, which has a dishwasher that helps with the cleanup. We appreciated having the washer and dryer to wash some clothes while we were there. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Dan was very responsive and helpful.
