The room is very spacious, and the loft is quite interesting; the children really enjoy sleeping up there. The room is well-equipped, and it is very convenient to use. The surrounding environment is very beautiful and peaceful, and it is truly a delightful experience to be awakened every morning by the sound of seagulls squabbling. We were greeted by a very nice old gentleman.

The lady at the reception is lovely. She helped us carry our luggages and agreed to keep them while we went to explore Dunedin. She was patient and gave us a room downstairs when she saw that we arrived with a lot of luggages.
We stayed for 2 nights and the room was cleaned after the first night. Not many accommodation does that.
The bed was comfortable and warm with layers of blankets. We enjoy the facilities and services provided.

The room was spacious, the beds were super comfortable and being in the city centre was very convenient as we were there for our sons volleyball tournament and with it being on the main road and our room right in front it was nice and quiet due to the sound proof rooms. Highly recommend
