We arrived into Dunedin on a cold, wet November day. Upon arriving at the property, we found it to be very cold. Within a short period of time though, the very efficient air conditioning had warmed the place easily and so made our stay very comfortable. The house is very spacious and well equipped. It has a great view over Dunedin and is close to a great supermarket.
