The experience was perfect from the beginning. Jean-Pierre the owner was there to meet us and took our apartment, explaining everything. Also gave us lots of great information on Queenstown. The apartment was amazing with beautiful furniture, figurines, pictures and lovely touches everywhere. We also had a large heated outdoor Jacuzzi to use which we did multiple times. A wonderful breakfast was prepared each morning by a chef Toni Clarke. Also loved the location - water taxi nearby, easy to get an Uber when we didn't want to drive and glorious views.

Amazing hôtel with an amazing view on the lake. Very peaceful and great room. The pool was also very nice and the restaurant was yummy as well.

Very nice room with a lovely view of the lake. Great shower, the bed was so comfortable and huge! We only stayed for one night, but we will definitely be booking at Double Tree next time we're in Queenstown.
