We last stayed here about 5 years ago, and it was not good at all...in fact we made the decision not to go back. So, we were going to Christmas shop in Panama City and read that the Bristol had new management...so, we booked 4 nights....and everything was perfect. The new management are doing an excellent job...and we will stay there again.
Top marks to Bristol for great accommodation, great service, excellent food and a very good location...what is not to like!

This apartment was perfect for a short visit to the city. It's small, but was adequate for my needs. There was plenty of hot water in the shower, which is always appreciated. The host was very helpful, and checked in periodically to make sure I was comfortable. Fortunately, I took the host's suggestion to download the instructions for self-check in. My phone had glitched, so I did not have internet, and would not have been able to log in to this site to read them.There is a 24 hour mini mart across the street that was surprisingly well stocked, and took care of all my shopping needs.

I loved the location of this hotel. It was easy to check-in. My boyfriend and I loved how spacious, and clean the room was. The staff was very nice, but they tended to take their time. The breakfast was great because they had a lot of variety.
