Easy entry, everything was as promised. The help vids on the coffee machine, etc were nice to have too.
Mostly though the location is perfect ... quiet, yet central to fun (tourist) shopping, a few museums, and a plethora of highly rated restaurants within a 2 minute walk of the front door.

Great food. Good quality cuisine. The service was good if not exceptional due to being just recently opened. Need to go down the learning curve. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommended if you stay in Casco Antiguo. Not cheap but you won't find better value for money in that neighborhood

The hotel has an amazing atmosphere and design. The yard with the garden is astounding, such as the rooftop pool. The room was spacious, with free beverages. The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of the Casco Viejo.

The apartment is very spacious. Air conditioning in every room, large and comfortable beds, a nice terrace. The host was very good. The location is wonderful. It’s the third time we’ve stayed in the same building when visiting Panama City. The best option in terms of location.

Easy contactless check-in (though prior validation of credit card and completion of online forms requires some time, where only once submitted and approved by the host, will you receive the instructions-hence, might not be suitable for late night last moment booking).
