They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp but the concierge was also available during the day for requests such as laundry. The room was very spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. It's also located in a safe neighborhood with a few malls around the corner for quick food options; going to the touristic places will require to take a taxi as there's little to no public transport around but it's a short drive from everything.

Everything was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. Manuel speaks English and Spanish, which was great for a non spanish speaker like myself. I can not remember the young lady's name who did my laundry, which cost only US$6.

Great food. Good quality cuisine. The service was good if not exceptional due to being just recently opened. Need to go down the learning curve. Staff were extremely helpful and nice. Highly recommended if you stay in Casco Antiguo. Not cheap but you won't find better value for money in that neighborhood
