They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was easy to communicate via WhatsApp but the concierge was also available during the day for requests such as laundry. The room was very spacious and comfortable as well as the bathroom. It's also located in a safe neighborhood with a few malls around the corner for quick food options; going to the touristic places will require to take a taxi as there's little to no public transport around but it's a short drive from everything.

The property is beautiful and rich in history. There are plenty of restaurants and the rooms are beautiful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
