It is two blocks away from plaza de armas which means we have access to all the shops without all the noise. The location is very convenient. We had to leave at 4am for our tours and packed sandwiches and fruits and water are ready for us to snack on. The receptionists are all very nice and accommodating. The place is clean and whenever we come home very tired from tour, we are welcomed with a clean room.

The staff and their hospitality were amazing!
Tea service, especially Coca Tea was really helpful for us to addapt the altitude of Cusco.
They delivered our luggages to our room at 3F as guests have to use stairs. They prepared breakfast to go for the next day and stored our suitcases for a night without charge because we went to Machu Picchu.

This place was just excellent! Wish we stayed for longer. Had the best courtyard in the city, which was perfect for reading a book with a morning coffee! Best vibes, great staff and also coolest part of the town! If you want to be close to all the quarky shops, bars and restaurants- this is the place! Would recommend!
