The staff were the kindest and the location pretty much the best you can get! We had the room on the top floor which was flooded with light and had amazing views !

The staff was really great! Super friendly and helpful. Really cozy hotel. Not just the room but there are hangout areas outside the rooms that are very nice to sit in and have a cup of tea.

My stay at Antigua Casona in Cusco was simply fantastic. From the smooth check-in process to the incredibly delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. The room was charming and cozy, and given how cold Cusco gets in the evenings, they brought me a hot water bottle and a special nighttime tea to help me sleep better. The level of care and attention to detail was remarkable, and the boutique style of the hotel added to the overall charm. I was absolutely delighted with my stay and would love to return.

Our room faced the inner corridor. Therefore, it was quiet. We were very comfortable at the hotel. Breakfast, in particular, was the best of our South American tour. A big thank you to the chef again.

Very central location and near the San Pedro market.
The staff at the reception were super friendly and accommodated my wish to change room due to another guest who wasn't keeping it quiet in the room. Was catching late bus and I could keep my luggage at the storage room and use the facilities after check out. Nice with free tea and plenty of flavors.
Thanks to you all, Sheyla, Anderson, Valeria, Fernando, Shamira. Forgot the name of the girl who was trainee but she was superhelpful and friendly.
Thank you Rocio for organising activities.
Take care you all.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough! The rooms were absolutely spotless, even better than in the photos, and the breakfast was fantastic every morning. The location is perfect—walking distance to all the major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring Cusco. We loved it so much that we extended our stay!
When they didn't have a room available, we easily booked with their sister branch, and the staff kindly transferred our bags for us while we visited Machu Picchu. The level of service and care was outstanding. We felt so well looked after. Thank you for an amazing experience—can’t wait to return! Shoutout to Pillar and the other kind receptionist (I forgot her name, sorry!).
