A whole fully equipped apartment with a parking space. It's located on the 6th floor, but there is a lift. Everything was clean and functional. A very big and comfortable bed, washing machine and dryer. Good interent and a desk for working. The whole area is safe and clean as it's one of the more affluent districts in Lima. Two big supermarkets within 10 min walk, a few restaurants and bakeries as well. The lady who rents the apartment is lovely and helpful. She lives next door. The payment is in USD.
