Martin is a really nice guy, he helped us a lot with everything and was very kind. He even offered us tea and cake and made the best breakfast we had in this trip! As well we enjoyed talking with him. The room is like showed at the pictures and the water is hot! . We felt very safe and walked along a lot. The little park in front of the building is nice. We chooses the room because it's near to the airport, just 15-20min by taxi. We had a great stay and thank you Martin for hosting us that good!

The Location is perfect, near the zoo and the San Miguel Plaza Mall, the hosts were very kind and the room was just great, quiet, with good ventilation, and a clean bathroom, I would stay here on the next trip.

I enjoyed friendly and hospitable staff. The hotel was right by the green park, it was in a peaceful place aside from a very busy road with noisy traffic.
The room matched with the pictures, with the view on the park with singing birds in the morning.
Nice place to stay for a night before the flight. In the evening I got there within 25 min from the airport, in the morning (7-8 a.m.) it took around 40 min to get to the airport by taxi.

We took this hotel to stay close to Lima airport without paying the prohibitive costs of the hotels in site. We were 20 minutes taxi away (45 soles with official green taxis and the driver picked us up the next morning to drive back. Staff was super helpful. We stayed in hotel & didn't go out. Bed was good a'd breakfast was fine
