We booked the large family room. The hotel and staff truly exceeded our expectations. It had every additional amenity you could think of such as baking ovens, blenders, and complete utensils. The bed in the master room was so spacious and comfortable, and there were several balconies with tables and chairs overlooking the pool, which was clean and did not smell strongly of chlorine. The staff were super warm and accommodating and would greet you with a smile. I was afraid our suite would smell funky due to the size and lack of maintenance but I was totally wrong. There were no weird smells at all and the rooms were very clearly well-maintained. The vibe of the place is just 10/10. Well-lit location that is within walking distance to D-mall but is also quiet and private. Book them and you won't regret it!

I like that the hotel is located in a quiet area yet very accessible to all places of interest in Bora. Employees hospitality is topnotch especially Mr. Rey who’s very hands on to our family from pick up till departure! We felt very welcomed and we’re well accommodated although out our stay. Food is so good too! Vacation well spent!

I just had the pleasure of staying at The Lind, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how new and well-maintained the facilities were. The pool and gym were in pristine condition, and the public areas exuded modern elegance. My room, a beach-facing sanctuary, was nothing short of perfect. It offered all the amenities and comforts one would expect from a five-star resort. The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly the closest you can get to the Boracay beach, with its sparkling white sand and turquoise waters stretching out before me. The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Dining in a pleasant beachfront setting was a delightful way to start each day, and the combination of excellent food and impeccable service made it even more memorable. The serene atmosphere added an extra layer of magic to the experience. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. Property is in great location, well maintained, and the wonderful staff(s) is the asset of this property. Attentive to customer needs and always asking what can they do or how can they help in order for us to enjoy our stay in Boracay. Our family would like to give a special thank you to Chris Agnes concierge supervisor. Chris went above and beyond by providing suggestions regarding water and land activities, history of Boracay, places to eat and most specifically being attentive to my moms questions and concern. Mom always look for Chris when we are heading out. Chris is attentive and helpful to all the guests of the property.

Everything was perfect. This was my second time staying at Ferra Hotel, and I believe they made my stay extra special knowing I was returning. The staff's friendliness is exceptional, they truly go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the airport transfer from Caticlan was well-organized with air-conditioned vans. The staff consistently greeted us warmly, creating a very welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, they thoughtfully prepared breakfast for our early morning departure, which we truly appreciated. I will always recommend this hotel to my friends and family if they ever plan to visit Boracay!
