The staff- They were all accommodating and attentive to the needs of the guests.
Location- very close to the beach, they have a lot of swimming pools plus the location of the pools are well-shaded you can swim even if its too hot you wont feel the hot scorching weather.
I love the breakfast spread, coz I love their all Filipino spread.
Value for money I guess, from the time of the transfers from land to sea, everything was made convenient.
The rooms are spacious. The facilities are just nice to enjoy your vacation. Everything was well thought off.
The bed is so comfy and you will feel its really clean.

Went back to Ambassador because of our wonderful experience 2 years ago. We loved the service a 100% the last time we were here, Maybe the staff were tired but we didn't feel the same warmth from them compared to our last stay. But of course not from everyone thankfully there were still the ones who are warm hearted the way we loved it.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect right off the main beach. They had lots of options for breakfast, and we also really enjoyed the happy hour on the roof at sunset! We wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff were incredibly attentive and were able to source bikes for us and complete our laundry in record time. We had an issue with the room and it was resolved in a few hours with an upgrade to boot. The complimentary snacks everyday were a real treat and the rooms themselves were very well stocked with essentials and very comfortable.

This hotel exceeded our expectations and more. It may have been expensive but it was so worth the money! The airport transfer was smooth and even had treats on their private speedboat. Checking in was a bit late but we were surprised to have been met with a special birthday cake and greetings in our room!
Every single staff would greet you during your entire stay. The room was superb and when we requested a pool-side room, they graciously gave us a room overlooking the pool and beach which was just amazing. The whole stay was wonderful especially with our 4 year old who swam 3 hours in the pool in the morning and 4 hours in the beach in the afternoon. The reason we booked this was because of how easy you can lay on the beach beds and order a drink or food while you get to watch your kid play by the waves as the sun sets. Just amazing. Food was very good too. I recommend their pizza restaurant after a tiring day at the beach. I have stayed in lots of other hotels in station 1 but this is the best so far. Would definitely come back next year!
