Very comfortable and safe place to stay with friendly security staff.
Good communications and helpful friendly owner.

Very nice view from the balcony and the Roof Deck of the building.

Host is approachable and easy to communicate. My families who were staying the place are very much pleased especially the room is overlooking the city. The room is clean and it has air conditions both in the living room and bedroom. They were able to use the swimming pool. The place is very secured as there is security minding at the gate and only to those who have room keys can get in the lift and rooms. Also, very convenient as Starbucks coffee is nearby the gate, even groceries store and other food stall. We will surely book this place when we visit Manila soon.

A few days after I booked , the property contacted me and allocated us to another property at Tower 2 , flat 16C. It’s new and according to the staff who received us, we were the first guests to occupy the property. Everything is brand new. I am very thankful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was very clean, swimming pool is free and good value for money. Close to 7/11 and other shops. I made a booking again for the second time. I do recommend this hotel.

The building is not high compared to other condominium. Good for Barkada’s. For big city it is quiet in the evening. Easy communication, the owner is easy to reach and also the cleaning woman is very nice. 😊 The pic below is after we left 😅 and the view from the window. 😊
