It was a best choice for us, nice place and great value for money, convenient and accessable near restaurant, mall and shops. We really love the city view, where we could sit & relax outside the balcony. We had even chance to go above roofdeck and enjoy the sunset and night view. Easy to connect/contact the owner. I booked one night at The Millas Hostel to attend a concert at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. I was pleasantly surprised because the venue was just an 8-10 minute walk away, following a straight path with no turns. Although I didn’t spend much time at the hostel, I loved it; the ambiance was cozy and homey, just to my liking. I appreciated Madam Ligaya, the owner, who warmly welcomed and entertained me even though I arrived very early. Her son EJ, the manager, was also warm and kind. Their hospitality was top-notch, and my cousin and I even had a small chitchat with them. As a solo traveler both here and abroad, I can confidently say that Millas Hostel is among my top five favorite hostels worldwide. From their amenities to the complimentary breakfast, it’s really worth the stay. Millas Hostel will be my go-to place whenever I’m in Manila. If you’re a solo traveler or in a group attending a concert or simply exploring the city, this is the perfect haven. It’s accessible to public transport, convenience stores, restaurants, and more.
