Everything was exceptional. The staff were all top notch. Kashaf, Mohsin, and the other front-end staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Asif and the other restaurant staff were very attentive, and the head chef himself was very accommodating. Even the security and support staff were excellent. The design, comfort, and cleanliness are all appreciated. The overall vibe is more updated and aesthetic than the outdated big name hotels in Karachi... The location is also great, located near cafes and shopping in Zamzama, Ocean Mall, Dolmen Mall, etc.

I loved the beautiful decor and the ample space in the apartment. Very clean and fitted with all the furniture that a family would require. There was also an electric hot water cylinder and ACs in all rooms. The place was safe with a doorman who was available for most of the day. I feel that it was a perfect place to stay for a family for holidays or short visits. The owner was also extremely helpful and accommodating. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend and also stay again.
