I’m uk citizen and I visited first time this hotel in Pakistan and all over that hotel is excellent customer service and very friendly staff and clean facilities and price wise is reasonable .. Highly recommend for all international traveler’s . I will be back definitely.

Excellent hotel for a four-night stay. Huge, clean and quiet room. Bedding ultra comfortable. All staff very courteous, helpful and efficient (especially the concierge). Amazing complimentary breakfast including a wide selection of tasty dishes. Complimentary ride to the airport early in the morning was deeply appreciated. Safe surroundings.

Special thanks to Muzzamil, the Assistant Front-of-House Manager, and Haider, the F&B Operations Manager. Their exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service made a lasting impression. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Pakistani culture is legendary for its generosity and kindness towards guests, and the Nishat Hotel embodies this spirit perfectly. It wasn’t just a stay - it was a heartfelt experience that reminded me why hospitality is considered an art in this part of the world.
