We booked this place as it is near city central and was convenient to get around (public transportation was good). Tourist company pick and drop was available for this hotel so was good as I was travelling with senior citizens.

The location is great, the hotel is modern, rooms are really, really nice, clean and equiped. The hotel pays attention to small details which makes so much difference. On the seventh floor there is 24/7 zone where you can get free coffee, tea or hot chocolate. Also, in the room you dont get plastic water bottles, but there is machine on each floor near the elevator where you can take still water and sparkling water, cold or room temperature. Those features give you such a premium feeling.

It was a really modern set of rooms above a school - just like a hotel room. During day time there were students on the lower floors and on the same floor (but the rooms were in a separate section they couldn't access) but the building has fire doors so you can't here them. The rooms and cleanliness exceeded our expectations - great stay! It was perfect for our backpacking trip, and I'd stay here again.

The location was awesome, modern house block with many shops and restaurants. Public transport is widely available nearby. The room is modern and has all the necessary things. The breakfast place (Miau Grau) has many options and offers huge servings.
