The location was wonderful and the property has a lot of charm and character. I had a room on the top floor so I had those wonderful wood sloped ceilings.

The location was absolutely fantastic, smack bang in the centre of Zakopane with bars restaurants and cafes at your door step The lady on reception who worked on 11/2/25 went above and beyond for me, as I was a solo traveller who’s phone had broken, she googled phone repair shops nearby and wrote down the address for me. When I returned she got me rice in a bowl to leave my water damaged phone in. She was just really friendly and smiley and I wish her all the happiness in the world 🙂

This recently renovated apartment is just steps from Krupówki and a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station. The host was warm and welcoming, meeting us in person to show us around and offering valuable tips to help us make the most of our short stay in Zakopane. There are 2 grocery stores next to this building. We will certainly keep this apartment in mind for future visits to Zakopane.

We had a great stay at Willa Arkady. It was located close to town so we could walk to shops, restaurants and the cable car easily. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and we appreciated the kitchen facilities in the room. Paul was an amazing host, easy to communicate with and really helpful during our stay. We would happily stay here again.
