*Excellent communication. Host communicated with us with details regarding check-in after-hours in case we didn't make it in time(which we didn't) *Breakfast was delicious. Very curtious and friendly woman who served and cleaned everything. *Receptionist was very helpful, professional, and willing to assist with anything needed. *Location was beyond exceptional. The sound of a running stream was soothing.

Exceptional services. Thankyou Aparthotel Cristina for making our stay memorable. It was my third time in Zakopane and 1st in this hotel. Hotel is stone throwaway from main mrket street. Has two exceptional resturants 1) polish and 2) italian. Food is delicious, preaentation is 10/10. They have a spa service which is great. Morning breakfasts are a delight. Overall, if i M again on zakopane , i will choose them all handsdown

Great location: right on the Main Street. Breakfast: good selection. Staff: from the person helping with parking and lobby they were very friendly and helpful. Also forget something there which they mailed out for us. Room: we got the suite with the extra bedroom on the second floor. Large space for a family of four.
