Beautiful property in a great location! The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful.
We were having some drinks at the bar in the lounge and I heard the staff getting awful treatment from guests who showed up hours before check-in, hadn't paid for an early check-in, but were complaining that they couldn't get access to their rooms. There were two groups doing this at the same time. We left and went to get food elsewhere and came back to collect our luggage and they had stayed in the lobby the whole time, going up to the desk periodically and complaining to the staff.
The staff kept their composure and were absolute professionals. They also made sure that other guests weren't affected. It's a little pricier than other hotels in the area but totally worth it for the beautiful décor and the amazing location!
