I really enjoyed the tasteful interior design and the stunning view of the ocean. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I especially appreciated the Specialties Evening – the dishes were delicious, and the performance by the folk musician created a charming and authentic ambiance. A truly memorable experience!

The whole stay in the hotel was an exceptional experience.The expectations from the photos and reviews were high, but the reality even exceeded it. The staff was always kind, smiling, explained everything perfectly and was always helpful. My greatest admiration goes to the staff at the Rose Garden Restaurant, who even when they are busy around other guests, make your visit a unique moment. The half board accommodation was absolutely worth it. The breakfasts are rich in fresh food and the selection varied even slightly. Dinners consist of a three course menu and there is a choice in each course. However, the dining experience is beyond description, what a perfect interplay of flavours the local chefs are able to create. The cherry on top of our stay was the perfect area with nooks and crannies where one could sit and relax in peace. Madeira is a beautiful island, I would not have enjoyed my holiday so much without the quality and peaceful facilities. I will be happy to return.

Location was close to the sea and coastal path, easy to walk in to the Capital. Forum Shopping centre and bus stops a few minutes walk away from accommodation. Airport Shuttle, Bus No9, passes by these stops every half hour. Cost 6 Euros. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

We had a great time - couldn't find a reason to complain. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the host provided us with all the necessary information upon our arrival. We were a bit worried about localization a bit further from Funchal center, however the vicinity offered many restaurant, shops and attractions for our convenience.
Situated in Funchal, near Gorgulho - Gavinas Beach and Madeira Casino, Lido Casa by Olá Madeira is a recently renovated property, featuring, a rooftop pool and terrace.
