This is a great accommodation: super-modern and -clean, very spacious and very well equiped. We could even park our car in front of the flat; the location was very convenient for us. Furthermore, the owner was very friendly and helpful.
All in all, we would stay there again.

Johnny was there to meet us on arrival, I messaged from the airport to let him know we had arrived. It is was nicer than in the pictures on Booking.com if that is possible, we loved it and would be very happy to stay at this property again in the future. We arranged our taxis to and from the airport with booking.com both reasonably priced at circa £17 each way.

It is a beautiful old house on a hill with a stunning view on the city and the ocean. The house has a lovely terrace on the roof and a small garden with beautiful exotic plants. Rosa and her husband are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful and available any time you need them. We were welcomed with a basket of local specialties.
There is a small minimarket opposite the house and a bakery about 200 metres down the road.

Amazing property, has everything you need and more. Very close to town and you can walk everywhere you want. Has a beautiful view of the ocean and a lot of rooms for a big family.

Palheiro residence was one of the best stays of our vacation. Gerado and his team ensured that we were well looked after with bins and towels changed every second day. The house was lovely, spacious and clean. Everything worked and was well located near Funchal if you have a car.
