The location was very nice, loved the LX factory right outside the hostel. I loved the staff, all very nice and acommodating. It is also great value for your money, free breakfast, free sangria, as well as a welcome shot when you arrive! I loved the decor, the lobby was awesome and felt like I was on vacation in a hotel.

The hotel is truly a piece of art, full of history and stories, as the building was once a palace before being transformed into a hotel. It’s quite new less than a year old, but the staff are very well-trained and professional. I absolutely loved my stay here. Although it’s not located in the old town, the location is beautiful and conveniently close by taxi, with plenty of things to do and see around. I highly recommend this hotel!

I was on a business trip so for me it was important to be close to the Lisbon Congress Center - it was a 10 min walk there, so that was great. The neighborhood is very nice. Right next to the building there are supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was really nice, clean, modern furniture. It had a very well equipped kitchen, good wi-fi, electric shades (which were very important for my sleep). I also liked the self check-in feature. It allowed for a lot of flexibility. It's also a 25 min direct tram ride away from Placa do Comercio and the city center.

The apartment was very spacious and well-maintained, with each of us having our own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was perfect and easy. Everything was great!

The place was very clean and it seemed recently renovated. We stayed there during hot summer days and the air conditioning in each room was perfect. The host was very responsive and overall nothing to complain about!

Magnificent view! The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The breakfasts / in-room service were amazing. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials. Additional thanks to restaurant staff for my birthday cake! Delicious!

This property was great for people traveling with children. The room was spacious and the roof top patio was a fantastic place to sip coffee and enjoy Lisbon.
