It was a great apartment, very traditional in the old authentic neighbourhood of Alfama. It was really clean and had everything we needed. It is really close to the centre of Lisbon. We met Ana and she was lovely. Definitely recommend for your stay in Lisbon!

1.The coffee machine and fruits-infused ice water at the reception area provided great refreshment for hotel guests throughout the day.
2. Counter staff, Eugenia, service is over expectations. We mentioned our problem to her regarding our watch bought from the retailer last nite. She help us call the retailer but nobody answered. So we went back our room. And she was so kind and patient to help us continue to call the retailer even when we were back in the room. Her patience and helpfulness totally exceeded my expectations. I am glad and I felt so safe to stay in this kind of hotel with such services provided by the staff. Eugenia helped us solved all the problems in the end.
3. The counter staffs are all so helpful too to help us with our luggages when our taxi arrived.
I should said their service is definitely 5 stars!
