The hotel is very modern with a spacious room and bathroom. The rooms are nicely equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff is very friendly. The hotel has excellent internet quality. Breakfast is buffet-style and the food is delicious. There is a well-equipped supermarket next to the hotel. Across the hotel, there is a metro station that leads to the airport, which is great for all guests arriving by plane.

Comfortable and clean bed and pillows. Good WiFi and air conditioning. Has a fridge and safe. Large bathroom. The checkout time isn't too early, which is great. I attended an event at Sagres Campo Pequeno, which made the location perfect, since the hotel is right next to the venue.

This hotel has very simple reception and lobby. The rooms are very nice, perfectly equipped, we stayed in tripple room. Great location with Subway station in front of it. We had a very great and perfect stay. The staff is extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast was good, though the same every day. Walking distance from metro station, though I walked to the old city, it is roughly 1h walk. Tea/coffe packs in the room. Enough power sockets. WiFi worked great.

I really loved the place. And so did my teenage daughter, who's difficult to please ))) We're experienced travellers, so we were OK with shared bathroom. The room was spacious and clean. We lived on the third floor. The view was good. The street was probably noisy, but since we closed the windows, we slept like babies. We also appreciated the blinds and the air-conditioning that wasn't directed at the bed )) The kitched was amazing! And in general, all the facilities are great! The location was fine. I'd say it's a bit different from the downtown, yet, the metro is 5 mims away on foot, so we could get wherever we wanted easily. Besides, it actually takes around 45 mins to walk to the city center. So not a problem as well. I absolutely adored the way we were provided with support!!! This is probably THE BEST admin support ever!!! The host was in touch all the time and helped with whatever issues we encountered (though there weren't many). I just wish we could meet in person ))) unfortunately all the communication is in WhatsApp. But still. Fantastic welcoming support! I felt like we being taken care of and I had nothing to worry about because I would've always provided with assistance. Also whatvwas cool is that we could leave our luggage in a special room ourselves and go sightseeing while waiting for the flight. My kid and I are so happy we shose this place!!! Didn't want to leave ot today 🥰
