Front desk staff were all very helpful, friendly and attentive. Breakfast was fresh, hot and plenty of variety for all food tastes. Bacon, eggs, toast, breads, sweets, cereals, coffees, drinks, etc etc. The hotel is spotless inside and rooms well appointed.

Amazing hotel and amazing experience and attention to detail from the staff. This kind of experience is difficult to come by these days. The staff are always available and happy to help with anything, even booking a table at a restaurant. The hotel smells amazing and the bead sheets are absolutely amazing and soft. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

Everything went well. The hotel, accommodation and the staff were superb. I travel a few times a year and usually stay at the best 5 stars hotels. The stay at this one greatly exceeded my expectation. This was our first trip to Lisbon, Portugal and I have to say that my wife and I had a great stay. We do plan to visit Portugal again and do plan to stay at Lapa Palace hotel again.

Good location a few mins in an uber outside the city centre. Both beds were comfortable and all of the rooms were clean. Nice balcony and despite not having any pictures the pool was very nice too.
