Feeling Chiado is one of the nicest places I've ever visited. The pictures do not do it justice! Nothing compares to eating breakfast on the balcony which overlooks the square and has an amazing view of Lisbon rooftops. The staff were also lovely and accomodating. My only regret was not being able to stay for longer. Will definitely be back!

Hotel Pessoa has a very good location in walking distance to almost everything. The staff is very friendly, the reception excellent and the staff in the restaurant and bar too, and there is a very good service and atmosphere.
The rooms is on average size clean and with very good beds.
I would like to visit the hotel again and I will definitely recommend it.

A wonderful boutique hotel that emits centuries of history and culture. A museum with modern amenities. Rooms full of artistic charm, exquisite breakfast with guided tours of thematic buffets and live morning music, friendly treatments at the bar, sweet multilingual hosts (staff does not sound right), and location-location!
And mind you, I was there for just one night.
I will be back.

This is an amazing hotel. Very warm and kind staff who go above and beyond for you. We wanted to go to Porto for a day so we were leaving earlier than when breakfast started. The staff went as far as to pack breakfast for us so we still had breakfast during our early travel. On the topic of breakfast, breakfast is included and you get the option everyday to have breakfast brought to your room or have it on the roof top terras, we did both, but the roof top is just amazing and calming. To have a tasty breakfast with the early morning sun, hearing birds chirping, was amazing.
Even though the hotel is located in a busy street, it is super well isolated, so you aren't bothered by any outside noises (our room was on the street side on the 3rd floor). The hotel is also located near two subway lines, and close to the big sights as well.
The room was great as well, big and comfortable bed, lots of tv channels, and spacious.
Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel!

We had an exceptional time at Casinha das Flores and we would be happy to return. The location is perfect: 3 minutes by foot to Baixa/Chiado Metro station, and 5 minutes by foot down to the waterfront or Pink Street. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Breakfast is indeed out of this world: a wide selection and how tasty everything was. The place itself is not too big, lending a homey feeling. It is so carefully decorated - evey corner has a new surprise.
Staff is very welcoming.
Our room was spacious with plenty of storage space, bathroom is modern and clean with excellent warm water at all times.
