This place is extremely pleasant! The furnishings, the decorative elements, the garden, and the terraces are beautiful and artistic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to talk to them and get invaluable tips for less touristy places in Lisbon! Although there was a climb up the steep streets of Lisbon to the accommodation, the beautiful view of the city from this place is fantastic! The beds are very comfortable and the room has everything you need. Hope to come back some day to Lisbon and to this place!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. A special shoutout to Luiz at check-in, who was friendly and efficient, and Joao at the door, whose warm welcome set the tone for our stay.
The hotel’s decor is stunning and exudes elegance in every corner. The breakfast experience was unforgettable, especially with the live piano music creating a perfect ambiance to start the day. The location is ideal—close to everything I needed, making it easy to explore the city. This hotel truly deserves a 10/10

Great location, helpfull stuff (we had to leave to the airport early in the morning 4.00A.M., they helped us with the taxi and prepared breakfast), you can prepare coffee 24h and have snack (cakes, apples)

Very centrally located within easy walking distance of main areas of Lisbon
Room was spotless and beds ultra comfortable
But the stand out positive was the staff !
They could not have been more helpful and friendly to my wife and myself on our couple weekend in Lisbon and went out of their way to make our stay extra special !
