Great helpfull staff! Great location near lots of restaurants and touristic places. You can get get free water, tea and coffee at the lobby.
Super clean room and bathroom, our bed was mega comfortable, great linen and pillows), nice closet space room.
The breakfast was amazing!! Has everything for everyone’s taste, all this served while the piano man plays live music.

What a magnificent location and hotel!! The team was amazing, warm and welcoming and amenities were perfect. But then they added the special, not expected, extras that made that WOW factor. A complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, Portugal pastries and Port every single day! The place gleamed with cleanliness (and I am a neat freak)! At the end of the day, I don’t think there could’ve been a better place to stay in all Lisbon. Well done!

close to public transport and just a short walking from the Lisbon Congress Centre - Junqueira. I was in town for a conference and this hotel made everything easier. There’s also a quiet lounge area where I was able to get some work done. Staff were very friendly and helpful too!
