The house and the apartment have an authetic design, carefully preserved old elements smoothly combined with new ones, creating a comfortable place with a tasteful, cosy athmosphere. The apartment is extremely well-equipped, has many everyday items like an umbrella and a beach umbrella, plasters, painkiller, sewing kit, etc., some of which may come handy. It has a location that is away from tourist crowds, yet conveniently close to a metro station. Our host was very friendly, he provided advice on nearby restaurants, supermarkets, and other facilities. He also takes steps towards sustainability by encouraging selective waste collection.

The property was very clean and comfortable with modern functionalities. Carlos was an excellent and attentive host. It’s located in an older part of the city but is still very safe, Lisbon is a very safe city. Great value. Very clean. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Smart TV in every room. Well equipped kitchen.
